Following a major fire in the village, the hotel was rebuilt on the same fondation in 1918. Nelly serves traditional Irish cuisine such as Fish 'n Chips, Sheppards pie, Bangers & mash, also offers 20 beers on tap (Guinness, Harp, Kilkenny, Keith, Sapporo) and all the north American favourites. The ever popular restaurant Le Bernardin restaurant is now located on the second floor, offering customers scenic views of the beautiful Lac Mercier from the new balcony terrace.
