Come relax only steps from the metropolis in this park where history and nature meet. A large number of educational and recreational activities are offered for the entire family. During their long journey, many migratory birds stop here in the marshlands, where visitors can observe them as long as they want. Moreover, the park is home to a beautiful heron nest and a white pine forest.
Along the Calvaire d'Oka path, relive history through the Way of the Cross built in 1742 by the Sulpiciens and along which stand several chapels. At the end of the path, a breathtaking view on the region and on the Deux-Montagnes Lake awaits you. During your visit, you can also discover fragments, which prove the presence of First Nations throughout the centuries. To discover everything, you can walk, bike, snowshoe or cross-country ski along the paths. In summer, come put your feet in the water, sunbathe on the beach or rent water equipment for more fun. Make sure you take advantage of the campground to fully enjoy your stay, winter and summer alike.
The parc national d'Oka has two entrances.
The main entrance is on Route 344
The secondary entrance is at the western end of Highway 640.
Note that the access via Highway 640 is closed in winter
