Lachute

Located between Montréal and Gatineau, the city of Lachute is renowned for its Anglo-Saxon architecture, its golf course, its animated city center and its main street on which you can find numerous restaurants and sidewalk-cafés. Several festivals also take place in the city, like the Agricultural Fair, the Festival de la Famille and the Festival de l’Auto Rétro.

Lachute is also the departure or arrival point of the Canadian Ski Marathon and welcomes the International tournament of Midget Hockey. The Flee Market, founded in 1950, houses several farmers and second good dealers year round. Don’t forget that Lachute has a municipal airport, which, thanks to its planes, will allow you to observe the city form the air.
