Moulin Légaré

Open from May to October

The Oldest in Canada

The Moulin Légaré is listed as a national historic site and is the oldest mill propelled only by water and still in use in Canada. This mill was built in 1762, on the banks of the Chêne River. Inside the mill, the miller grinds wheat and buckwheat flour using ancient techniques. The curious ones can satisfy their curiosity with the educative program offered.
